Management of Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Benin City and a Covid-19 campaign team led by Mrs. Emwanta Esohe from Egor Local Government Area, (including a representative of the Africa Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (ACDC), Mr. Osagie K. Enobakhare), has today Friday, March 19, 2021 flagged-Off Covid-19 vaccination in the hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The occasion which took place in the Medical Director\u2019s office had in attendance the Medical Director, Dr. I.O. Agbonile, and members of his Management team including: Dr. J. Omoaregba, Head, Clinical Services department; Mr. J.E. Agbidi, Head, Nursing Services department; Princess O. Akenzua, Head, Administration department; Pharm. (Dr.) M. Ibhawoh, Acting Head, Pharmacy department; Mr. L.E. Evboumwan, Head, Accounts department; Mr. S.O. Okolo, Principal, School of Psychiatric Nursing (SOPN); and Mrs. R. Igbinnosa, Acting Head, Audit department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking briefly after taking the vaccine, the Medical Director said that the vaccination is free as it has been paid for by the government, and thereafter encouraged every member of staff to utilize the opportunity to be vaccinated against the deadly disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
